  • Dress comfortably in clothing that does not restrict your movement.

  • Bring your Alberta Healthcare Card

  • Arrive a few minutes early so that your appointment can begin on time.

Please note: Cancellations or changes (ie. shifting from 90 minutes to 60 minutes) for massage therapy and physiotherapy appointments with less than 24 hours notice results in a 100% charge for the initially scheduled appointment.
